April festivals Byamba will demonstrate sumo at several festivals, throughout April, in Southern California. More details are available soon and can be found. Torrance Art Museum March 26, 2011 Byamba faced another former professional sumo wrestler in a unique artistic context.
Pro Sumo Training March, 2011 Byamba trained with a fellow former pro sumo wrestler. They displayed amazing techniques, and mastery of proper sumo form. >> watch training video
Toronto Auto Show February - March, 2011 Byamba spent over two weeks in Toronto (and another week in Vancouver) promoting Subaru Canada at live events, photo opps, commercial appearances, print ads, and more.
Mood Indigo December 20-23, 2010 Byamba performed sumo, and made multiple public appearances in Mumbai, India, at the largest university festival in all of Asia, with nearly 80,000 attendees! Pacific Asia Museum November 19, 2010 Byamba gave a special presentation for "Active Cultures". |
